Ranking problem

Hello, purchased Stadium yesterday, after having tried it about a month ago in the open beta, got it later because I was mostly waiting for it to be closer to release and I'm having a small problem with the official ranking.

My question is if there was there a problem with the beta access and game purchase or something, because I can't seem to find an option to opt in for an official racing time, or maybe I can't find the button/function (it's not where it was in the previous games if that's where it's suppose to be), I did get the 5K planets from the game purchase tho and I also got 100 planets for reaching 1K LP (I'm pretty sure the game did activate fine with even planet gains being awarded), so I'm not sure if something went wrong or I'm simply not seeing how to choose to set an official time on the solo maps.

Make sure you got the gold medal on a map first, then you can drive an official time.

While driving, there should be a timer on the right side. Once that time is up, the next time you respawn you get to choose to either to continue training or to drive an official time. The timer will be reset with each try to 5 minutes, to ensure you didn't just have a lucky run.

Thanks, I exited the game and ran it again, I already got gold on a few maps before trying, went back to menu, then to one of the maps again and so on, didn't see a thing and I was also expecting it to be just like before an "official" button in the replay, and it finally worked, noticed the timer on right and it asked if I want to go official.
