Suggestion timeout option

Hi i think is better idea make Timeout option in server because for ex 1 player crash is possible stop match and when he is reconnected resume match without stop match restart map and restart. Similar quake live timeout option

If I'm understanding you right, it's actually a server side option right now. Though I've only seen in it in Elite mode. You can set it so that the game won't start without full teams, and won't continue if someone drops. It also has coin tosses on new matches to decide who gets first attack.

I think the setting is something like "free mode" in the server config.
