I think it never is unnecessary, because with (properly used) quote tags one can: 1. automatically avoid confusion such as the above, and 2. show more precisely which particular section of the/any previous comment one is responding to.

I don't know what more information you want about Valley...?
The main focus at NADEO is probably at making Stadium bugfree and ready for release (and probably some ShootMania update as well).

I think you forgot the Canyon. There enough bugs. I hope that you only miss the Word "Canyon" in your post.
