[Fixed] [SM] Key - Asking for Key after already activating.

Hi all,

First of all I brought Shootmania about a year ago and activated my game.
After i played it for awhile i had to slow down due to work, a few updates needed to be done
so I tried playing again and then after I pressed the update now button it asks me to enter my
product key again, but the problem is I accidently deleted the email containing the product key
and cannot retrieve it. So I am asking is it possible to get sent another email with the product
key or do i have to buy a new game to be able to play again?

You need to contact the support of the company where you did purchase the game so they send you back the key.
It will be most probably Ubisoft, as this is only a user forum, not the actual helpdesk related to account issues.
Do you have any other proof of purchase, e.g. bank account balance? You will need that as well then.
