Cpu Usage

First of all is Only search i Plugin i seen in Trackmania canyon one public Server.

This Plugin Shows at the end of the Track which people are the cpu's. I think this server used The player to "speed up" the dedicatet server.

Now i asking you all if anybody know's this plugin?
and did you know is there realy a effect in system requires?
and could it work at shootmania Dedicatet Server?

I think this server used The player to "speed up" the dedicatet server.

I'm no sure what you a re refering to, but it looks impossible to me
