Some criticism of Stadium

Still nothing from Nadeo, so typical ...

I have a constant pop up asking if I want to download and install an update for Storm, which of coarse is not even installed nor will EVER be installed, yet that doesn't stop Nadeo from annoyingly suggesting on the sly ...

What next from Nadeo?

Cams are STILL horrendous, no block mixing tool, pop up for a game that is not installed ...

Second rate by any standards if you ask me.

Of coarse this will be replied too by the Nadeo fanboyz club who will sing nadeo's praises even if nadeo took a dump on their heads ...

Good game that could be the best online racing game there is, unfortunately the company running it is useless. Looking forward to undrivable tracks, annoying pop ups, and the most BORING editor in gaming today.

Hylis himself said they are working on removing useless air-occupation by some blocks.
Hylis himself also said blockmixing is super cool but not if everything is going to be flashy and buggy.
In other words, IT'S ON THEIR LIST.

Everything/action that brings down or destroys stadium is a BIG FAT PLUS ONE! If Nadeo didn't spend time on stadium, we would have had a bugfree Canyon and we'd all be driving Valley now.

If you still play Trackmania ( stadium ) then you have seen how many people play Trackmania.

Then you wouldn't have to put that last line of text, cuase Trackmania was already destroyed since the birth of F-zone.

I mean I still drive a lot TMUF ( cause I'm addicted to it ) and if I find 500 players online a day then it's a lot.
I also play Stadium 2 sometimes , 2 servers crowded and the rest is almost empty.
And Canyon , ye , nevermind.

And yes , this could be a good game .........

Noone wants you to play the game if you don't like it. Stay at the "perfect TMNF" and everything's fine. I want to remind you that TM² Stadium is still in open beta and that you can be happy, that you're even able to play it for free at the moment. They are working on the game; Never ever say Nadeo isn't working on a beta game again!

You don't remember the TMF time! There were also alot of bugs, but the people weren't as spoiled as today. You want game-hacking tools from the developer himself; isn't that kinda paradox? You can still build tracks in TMNF with TMunlimiter and import them into TM² Stadium by the way.

What you're doing is just spitting in a soup, because it's not salty enough for you. I can not tolerate that. Atleast, I'm trying to reply nicely.

With the statement, that the Nadeo-fanboyz will sing their praises, etc. .. what do you mean? Who is a nadeo fanboy? I like their games and support their ideas. Even though there are bugs to be fixed, that doesn't mean to spill hate on them. People like you in the forums destroyed several Canyon Tournaments on the net for example; TM² Stadium is in ESWC, Canyon not. Are you happy? Canyon is very popular and there are very much teams who would love to compete in an official tournament. But the heads of ESWC decided over the heads of the community, excluding Canyon out of the ESWC. A shock for many people. But you have your holy stadium in it. You also said, Canyon servers are empty, etc. .. Wrong. Check the server list. There are more people on the servers than ever.


People on the forums seem to just agree on statements if they consist out of insults and hate on games, which are not played by TMNF'ers.
Sad.

The community wanted a free game, they got it: TMN.
The free-zones were a consequence: gameplay with certain acceptable restrictions.
Now to argue that this destroys everything is very odd.

The free-zone community is happy in its micro-climate.
But if now they claim to get a TM² Stadium for free, this is a bit too much, don't you think?
The community kills it, not Nadeo.

I remember times when people were happy to get something for free, regardless how much it was,
because this was always a very nice attention and a gift.
But now the people expect too much, they litterally claim free things without measure and without being humble, modest and honest, and without giving something in return.
Even worse, they criticise any little issue and bloat it to a drama which it isn't really. For what?

So it is again very strang that Nadeo is still making it... they bring Stadium for TM² and sacrifice some other work.
And now this is still not enough? I don't understand you there, really...

Hey :d, if ou have some questions, you can ask them a better way i think..Maybe less aggressiv and you will get an answer, i am pretty sure of that...oh, btw, this is available for every day life too...And i hope you kow it. I hope that your rude way of speaking is a consequence of the amazing power that your internet connection gives to you. for the community ? TMarc you have to talk with some of the server tools devellopers , who have put maybe hundreds of ours in dedvelloping of server controlers or tools and now stopped. Just ask them why.
They are asking Nadeo already years for some stuff , and not getting support.

Anyway , I like the game , almost all of them. ( not the shooter )
It's just sad to see that so many people leave so soon.

People change , people do not exept things easy , want more for their money. damn I'm getting old.

Who were you talking to? To the OP? Or to yourself?
OP clearly said he is annoyed by things he listed. It's understandable that pop ups about some not installed game might and actaully ARE annoying.

And please, "they doing it for us, for the community", please, it's just... no way you can believe that. It's a company and company makes money. It's their job. I think you (if not, couple of other people) even stated in an excellent topic about "why the hell stadium is now paid", that they made great game blablabla and they should get some money (but there was used wrong word - "support" developers). So yeah, they totally do things for money, not for some idea or community. I support my opinion by fact, that they even copied stadium into maniaplanet and made it buyable for 10€.

Yes, it is strange that Nadeo are making so many games (even different genres) at the same time. I agree with that, for once!


And now, after I wrote all that stuff, I realized that any discussion with you probably has no sense at all . You can reply me if you want to, but I'm out. I'll read it, but I'm not going to reply, because I actually take my time to give you arguments with examples.

I really don`t get it!
I get a great, good looking game and endless possibilities (servers, titles, maps, mods, cars, skins, tournaments,...), additionally a fantastic community, for only 10€. And the best, the game is not even out now, so i can expect to get even more!
