kicked from elite servers for no reason

im just being kicked from elite servers all the time for no reason, just now iv been kicked two times:
-the first one: 3 persons on a server, i join and instantly kicked for no reason.
-the second one: server full im already playing, then a guy joined three of his team mates playing (i think its their server), in order for him to play he kicked me. (this second case happened to me many times!)
how is this fair ??
i dont know why they choose me maybe because it says africa on my profile?
and i dont suck at playing .

Find servers where it doesn't happen and add those to your favourites.

Last night I joined my own server and got instantly kicked, so I understand this. The plugin I use is supposed to prevent this, so I restarted the server (well that kicked them). The same two players immediately joined one of my other servers and so I followed them in. But the plugin was working this time, so they got a warning that they can't kick an admin. Undeterred they then proceeded to try kicking anyone else who joined. I admin cancelled their votes each time they tried to kick innocent players, and after 5 to 10 minutes they left.... which is good for them as they were soon to be banned.

Unfortunately, most of the time they wont bump into an admin who is minded to take them on...

FPS is a bit like this sometimes, don't let it get you down, just move on.

History have taught us that kickvoting on servers with small playernumbers aren't working well.

What I don't understand is why people don't ask?

It's been my experience that usually if you ask someone to leave, (e.g. "Can you leave, because our friend wants to play"), most people will graciously leave. There's usually no reason to kick someone. Kick should only be used for unruly players or players who are afk for more than one or two rounds. Of course the people who need to read that, probably aren't reading the forums.
