all my sugestions aim to bring more people to the game

for trackmania:

1. undo Nations Freezone, try to get ads program again (yes i still care about Nations until Stadium will become proper successor)
2. Valley should have demo version, so people can check if they like physics before buying the game
3. Upgraded graphics for Stadium (models, textures)
4. Canyon steam sale (50% off or so) before Valley release to create more hype
5. Stadium free version should not be too limited. base game should be free, and paying should be for premium features (custom car skins, official mode, planets, etc)
6. Valley box version at shops
7. e-sport support for Stadium (Nadeo/Ubisoft should sponsor tournaments like they did for Shootmania)

for shootmania:
8. free version (aren't royal and elite supposed to be free to play after launch?)

for both:
9. give up on Questmania

1 Option to turn that annoying shadows off, atm its like oh we did a new engine with stupid light effects we have to overuse it so everybody the the new features instandly and get annoyed by it
2 Add SSAA antialaising
3 Fix cams for TMN ESWC Maps
4 Never do again something like FreeZone it was a disaster for the community. We lost so many ppl
5 Remove dynamic camera movement on cam 2 and dynamic lightning generally, that is really important if you want to have esport events support TM2

0. Don't lose fun (despite some negative moments then and when), take your time, and do it good!
1. Provide Bugfixes for Canyon:
- Opponent Medals / times for custom titles
- Differ between road blocks and decoration: allow terraforming
- CP times display
- MT Headlights bug
- Local play: Shadow missing
- Fix the trunc texturing / lightmap of trees
- Map miniature and water [already fixed]
- Fix the water related icons in the editor
2. Provide Bugfixes for Stadium and release it
- Custom engine sounds not always audible
3. Improve the customer support and make it faster responding, especially for key and account related issues (automated mail "we look into it" after latest 1 day, and response within a week) - but I' not sure if Nadeo can do anything here
4. Add a Network connection helper / test tool in a new menu of the launcher, perhaps also combined with the player page, in order to try to connect to own server behind NAT from outside. This would probably necessite a small test protocol. Available ports, perhaps a short server query. A running server that is populated should not be "testable", it should reject test request with a answer that might be translated like this: "server busy with gaming, please try on a free server!".
5. Add Multi-Title-Multi-Server-Browser on the first page of ManiaPlanet (new design required: on half the screen the list of available stations, on the other half most actual servers with free player slots for the available titles - including custom titles
6. Give some more informations about Valley (e.g. screenshots, movies, information about new features for modders, modelers, scripters and skinners, if this differs from Canyon / Stadium)
7. Add the possibility to change e-mail address also from player.maniaplanet.com page after successfull login, but with 2-step-validation (send to old mail first to click on validation link1, then send to new mail for second validation link).
8. Add tooltips with description of the configuration items in the Launcher, or enhance and add better descriptions in the Wiki
9. Merge the old player page (http://login.maniaplanet.com, which redirects to https://mp02.maniaplanet.com/player/html/) and the new player page
10. Give more accurate and title-individual update messages (recently I deleted OpenAl32.DLL and I got a "optional update" for 1.16513c, with just this file, but with the update description of build 16/5 )
11. Better support for nVidia Optimus (e.g. ManiaPlanet does not recognize the memory correctly)

1.For the maniascript interface it would be nice if you could create one all while in the comfort of maniaplanet. Say you click on "bars of health" and being able to pick 1-infinte. What weapons to start off with etc. To make it easier for people to create game modes and such.

suggestions for maniaplanet in general as well as shootmania.
1. make a friend system that isn't hellishly buggy
2. rethink the concept of title packs and your f2p models (all environments are available to all types of players but f2p players are only allowed to touch royal and elite game modes)
3. compatibility with steam workshop
4. assuming 1-3 would help bring in new players to the game, market your game further. do what you have to, get creative
5. possibly allow players to spectate professional games via the in game client, similar to dota2. this includes being able to hear the casters

Suggestions, not only in game related

1. Matchmaking: Start from scratch(matchmaking only ranking with divisions for SOLO or TEAM queue, make lobby UI like mobas) and make something unlockable like emblems near the name depending on division
2. Massive advertising campaign, players = viewers for streams = money in the game
3. Circuit in North-America, no lans whatsoever right now which is killing the community
4. Free to play but you need to purchase the game to have skins, horns, ability to make a map/mode but let them play everything

What i feel Nadeo can do to help/improve the Community:

1: Abandon the idea of "one United Community and playerbase" under the ManiaPlanet-umbrella, especially "TrackMania 2" as a whole.
The contradictions between players of Stadium and other TM-envis are just too big and will only cause failure if continued to be "forced".

2: As a result of 1, a more separated forum is in Place to easier find info and topics about "your" title and/or issue and to decrease arguments cross-titles only hurting the Community as a whole.

3: More detailed release notes in patches/updates specifying the update and fixes. Players should not have to "look" for or "investigate" in what has been done.

4: A more clear and concise Communication from Nadeo in the forums. I see so much speculation and guessing based on posts made by Nadeo-staff that causes false and misleading info in the forums. I dont know if this by purpose by Nadeo or language-related. If by purpose i must say i don't like this approach and that i have a hard time seeing what purpose it makes. If language-related, have a simpler approach or take lessons or have a translater do corrections Before posting. With this i mean no disrespect and i have no intention to hurt or offend anybody (if so i apologize) but i Think it is important to remember that you are the "official" voice of Nadeo and your Words are read by many and considered "true/fact" as you, as in Nadeo, posted it.
