Because the changelog somehow doesn't change (maybe it's Nadeo) and it just shows up like the exact same updates, but they aren't.

It's not really something to laugh at. It would be soooo much better to have a decent and detailed changelog for those who care about exactly what is fixed.

There is also many bugfixes all around ManiaPlanet!

Very nice of course and honestly thanxz for that but it says nothing.
Those who want to know if "their" bugs are fixed will first have to dig in again to see if so.

Usually the developers reply to the reports topic where the bug was reported, announcing that the bug will be fixed in the next update. I know that's not a comprehensive changelog, but it does give you an indication if "your" bug will be fixed or not.
