So I was dumb when I first got my server setup (half me being dumb, half nadeo not having very good documentation on servers, especially with Elite mode). I sent 11,000 planets to my server's account in-game, thinking that's how it was done.
So I emailed maniaplanet support, they told me to contact ubisoft account support, who hasn't emailed me back in 8 days.
I wonder if ubisoft even knows what planets are?
Anyway, teammates sent me more planets, I upgrade our server to 70k, then more planets were sent to me to get it up to 80k but it just says "Error, you can't add this server."
I'm afraid to remove the 70k and lose my planets like the other that posted here, what do I do?

When you delete a ladder server, you get your planets back on the player account used for creating the ladder server.

That's how it should work yes, but I'm concerned that I won't receive them back in a timely manner like USSEnterprise. I don't want to lose them, and wait 9 days to not even get response from Ubisoft. Might you be able to assist me in seeking a response from my support ticket about the planets I lost foolishly sending them to my server's account name (I say foolish but that should work, wasn't explained anywhere I could find other than random forum posts)? I paid for this game even though I mainly play Elite, I find the support and server documentation to be lacking (took me forever to find a UP TO DATE elite script with the settings such as b2 gameplay, and the whole planets thing isn't explained very well at all in the player page, nor does it mention the settings you need to add to even get it to list as a ladder server. Game went on sale a few days after I bought it too

It worked immediately. I deleted it and readded as an 80k, thanks!
Now what about ubisoft account support, it's been 10 days now since I contacted them about 11,000 planets that I sent to my server's account that I can't get back?
I'm going to send you a PM with the accounts involved, hopefully you can help or at least get somebody from Ubisoft to start responding to support tickets.
