What is the best monitor for Shootmania?

So I heard that high frequency and low response time matter quite a bit. What monitor would you suggest to play Shootmania for best peformance and with good visual quality?
I prefer 24 inch and price under 600$, but feel free to post monitors that don't match this for others who might be interested.

Make sure your pc can give you more than 144FPS when you have such screens.

Just out of interest. If I would have a screen that supports 144hz, but my GPU is not strong enough to provide 144 FPS. Lets say I max everything out and get 70FPS. Can I run this screen then in, for example 60hz mode?

ofc u can

60Hz is anyways the default for LCD/TFT panels, some newer can also support 120Hz and 3D imaging.

However you can decouple the screen refresh from the game by disabling VSync option.

Just go to the menu of ur screen and select a lower/higher refresh rate.
Or just in windows ( screen options )

I got BenQ XL2411T.
Before I used monitor with IPS panel, switching to the new monitor I was having hard time getting used to lower image quality (colors, pixel pitch) at first, but with its fast panel it is a lot more comfortable to play, big difference.
