[TM2S Release] Missing default signs after reinstall (FIXED)

I've found a new bug, rather concerning actually.. I've done a fresh install of windows and after that installed the steam version of trackmania2 stadium..

There are NO arrows, not the moving, nor the solid colour. (only for the billboards, the blue borders work)

Then probably something went wrong during the install, did you try again?
Did you also let the game check for updates?
And on which track did you try it out? Custom signs need to be downloaded again to the cache, and if you have reinstalled Windows and the game, perhaps your P2P settings also have gone.
If it is all not this, then I'm wondering what this is, too.

turns out it indeed only was at 1st launch. probably something to do with caching or so.

anyways, it works!
