your style xml have to be in your pack folder.

In your ManiaPlanetTitle.xml :

<file name="Packs\Stunters@spaii\Menu.Manialink3dStyle.xml" public="false" internal="true" />

and

<menu_style name="Menu.Manialink3dStyle.xml" />
