[Suggestion needed] shootmania.wars integrated on SM?

Everyone know Irc channel such shootmania.wars used to find pcws etc.
Shootmania Lobbyes was created to replace it but on how it's done now it's more oriented simply on random matches.

How it should work to replace Irc channel like shootmania.wars ?

First though:

I'd like to have an in-game page like this http://i.imgur.com/fDoRJrV.png
So every one can search who is looking for match, and then contact him though the game

Every TeamLeader should fill an in-game page with those information:

- Server available? (with eventually mania-links)
- Skill level (then the game can also show an avarage ranks of the players, just to give an idea to others )
- Number of Maps?



Or we can simply have an integrated iRc to the game D

Getting access to something like that in-game would be awesome, teams need this to make friendly matches, and why not ranked matches... that you win points and go up the team ranking or lose points depending on their LP..
