Glitch when starting ManiaPlanet client

Ok, for some reason, whenever I open up ManiaPlanet, it says it will run a quick bench to retrieve graphics performance like it does the first time you start ManiaPlanet. Once it's done, it says it can't retrieve graphics performance and it that the performance may be inadequate. It performs alright, but I'm just wandering how I can get it to stop this or if anyone else has the same problem.
