I read in the changelog that you've added the ability to export lights with objects now; The object i had before that had a light in it doesn't crash the game anymore and the light does show up ingame, However when i actually play/test the map, Every light i've placed disappears. Is there a special way you have to export lights into the game?

Did you let the lightmaps calculated again since the update?

Yeah, It might be because i've got the item type set to "DynaObject", Maybe what they meant is it works with static objects now; Below is what i've got in my item XML:

I kinda prefer the old chat though, with it constantly showing. A bit annoying to have to push C or click the expand button down the bottom-left to show the chat... then it pops up to block your view when driving

Some very nice surprises in these updates ...
and one in particular that pleased me -- car headlights now function with shaders set to "very fast"..
Will definitely make racing certain maps/tracks with "dark spots" much more driver friendly ..

very good surprises in these updates ... and very very bad suprises...
- All Wooden block added for SM,...seriously, you made around 25 of these shitty blocks.... can you explain me their usefullness except do "beautiful roof" or very very rares udsage in obstacle ?!!!!!!!!
- Red Bloc tweak : good... and bad news. Idea is good, really, so Why bad ? Now, these blocks will be totally overpowered for rail, in so much mod, these block are REQUIRED (combo, SD,...) because it's the the only way to do floor, or few others things. Now, all maps will be unbalanced....
Instead of making 25 useless Wooden block, you had better to make new block we can put in the air as red bloc, but without their settings ...
these red block settings was a fucking good idea, but fucking badly done.
- Instead of making some tweaks to Elite matchmaking with a so obscure Echelon ranking and bad ugly new UI , it would be better to just rework the current ranking as do all other game : similar ELO system ranking, current ranking is USELESS.
I really don't understand, you want make your game a eSport game, but don't change anything about competitive issues ...

Indeed there is an issue with all UI/text transparency and MSAA (only Fast/VeryFast shading quality, text is shrink and layers are more transparent).dreammyw0w wrote:disable anti aliasing for nowcaspa wrote:Would appreciate some correspondence regarding all this text transparency
This bug will be fixed with next exe update (should come soon).
You can workaround that by disabling MSAA like drammyw0w said.
