Just wanted to pop in with a quick update on this. So I got my GTX 670 card & installed it. I didn't reinstall Windows because I wanted to see if the previous video card was the problem.

Sure enough when I fired up ShootMania, no bad polygons! I've been playing for hours and not one crappy polygon! So it turns out it was the GTX 660 that I had which caused this problem.

It's still strange that the polygons would only happen in this game and no others. But nonetheless, it only took $400 to resolve the issue playing a $20 game. That sounds about right...

Thanks for all the help! I'm off to play

I'm really glad your issue is solved finally, happy gaming
Perhaps you can resell your GTX660 to get at least some money back ;)

Already did. Got $200 for it...not too shabby.

I'm happy you found a solution.
This kind of problem can occur because of the game's code, but also because of the graphic card driver's code (often), or by the card hardware directly.
