[Valley] Windmill blades and shadows

In the editor, when you select the windmill, the block has no blades.
They appear rotating only after having placed the block.



Incidentally, the blades don't project shadows in the editor.
However, ingame or on a testdrive, the blade shadows ares there, rotating
