When ingame have HIGH PING, Snapshotdeltatime

Guys Help me... i was in ZOTAC CUP had chance for win:( but when i started game PING WAS high also snapshot delta time, i tried restart pc, restart game , and restart router but non of them works ... now i cant play because this problem...
please help me to fix it !!!!!

For me, it's normal :)
My Gamemodes:
MP4 - Countdown, Firefight
MP3 - Reduction, Overload, Flashpoint, Territory, SM Race, Escape
MP2 - Search & Destroy, Oscillation, Instagib
