Am I the only one who doesn't like the placement of the rocks in the water obstacles in Valley?
Even though they are difficult to drive I like how the offroad parts have a nice flow to them - offering a lot of space for drifting through the course. However, the rocks in the water obstacles are placed so narrowly that the disrupt this flow.

If you turn the object (Mainly S-curves) 180 degrees the rocks are placed differently.
Makes a huge difference in my opinion.

TGYoshi, I've noticed that too. That's a nice alternative.

They only bother me when I hit them.

Re: Rocks in Water Obstacles
My best driving and most fun is in the dirt in Valley, my question is about the water for me it is not interactive it looks real enough and the dust fly's when driving on the dirt but the water just sits there does not splash or anything I land in it it, the car just goes through it no interaction at all, this could be because I am not able to link the 2 video cards Nvidia 8800s because although Nvidia did finally make a fix to do so with the new driver 320.49 when I do I get a flickering of the grass rocks and trees, which has been mentioned as a problem in another game on Nvidia site with this driver noted to be fixed a flickering of graphics of objects in game..So using one card and medium or high graphics settings water is a non active. Is this my machine or the game is just the way it is with the water.
And rocks are very interactive so are the trees and everything else. The game is absolutely beautiful and runs really nice, no other problems. Also since I am here rambling on I would love to see a server running mostly dirt tracks with plenty of mud and water interaction and I will be needing a Jeep type car, lol, I hate the tracks that are hide and seek or trick driving or just plain a pain in the ass, you jump on this roof and that thing etc. your never in speed and I find them no fun at all, see them more appropriate for Canyon Platform.

When you hit water you enter "The Matrix" and go into slow motion. So... don't let it get to you, it's not real.
@GittyRivers: I have to agree with much of that. I'm not a fan of "Blind" tracks.

Lol. I'd like to have some sort of splash effect in Valley, but not having it doesn't ruin the experience for me or anything (of course I still play plenty of games without splash effects... Doom for example
, you might have heard of it
. Graphics themselves could not be less important to me).
In valley we've got rocks and trees and trees and rocks and rocks and trees and trees and rocks and rocks and trees and trees and rocks and rocks and trees and water.

The eyes of the plush lobster stared deep into my soul. I picked it up, and then I was a panther.
