[Valley] High Reflection Water Bug

I just found a really ugly bug when you have the water reflection on High

While the reflection on Low and Medium don't have that bug

BTW poor Valley Car, I forgot to push the handbrake :lol:

I thought this was fixed... perhaps the fix did not come with the latest two updates :?
