I double checked, and it does skip intros.

However there's a indeed a difference with before (which was the very reason for the change!):
Before:
1. Intro plays
2. you pressed the key to skip intro,
3. the intro stopped, and the server was informed you were ready
4. you were on the start line waiting for the go
5. the server said "everyone's ready, start the race" and you started racing.
After:
The intro keeps playing during step 4.

Ok,

When I was saying the update was great and the feeling good etc... I was on servers not updated. You could have told me. And the "funny" thing is that the gameplay on not updated servers is really better than the one from 2 days ago. Dunno why BTW.

My main mode is Joust (without it I would probably have left) and I love that for a simple reason : micro jumping and all the dynamics it involves. You can imagine how disappointed I was when I understood that it was removed. I tryed it and it's HORRIBLE ! The first guy who wants to move fast jumps and gets hit, so you don't do a shit and wait your opponent to do the jump and its as bad as the Joust was in alpha.
I hope I won't have to play this slow thing this weekend during Zotacs... please Joust servers owners, don't update your servers !

I can't believe you've done that guys... seriously Joust is just a shitty mode now, I hate it.

I'm pretty sure i could do micro jumps on any mouse (i tried on many mouse already and i find it easy), but because some ppl can't do it or don't want to learn it, we have to get rid of this ? Who cares about macros ? The aimbots exist, then ban the railgun ? WTF I was so deeply attached to this mode and the game is out now for a while, why does it have to change back ? We aren't in a beta period !

And I'm angry I have to write in f*cking english cause I'm too bad to even tell how mad I am.

PS : last thing, if you decide to come back to micro jumps, I won't think that you are bad devs because you took a bad decision. I consider you took this bad decision because of asking their opinion to people. And shit happens.

Btw where can I see this 1v1v1v1? I wanna see what it is :(


ps : u added OFFLINE mode to the chat <3? Mention it in the changelog. Make urselfs popular :D!

    A little feedback for the friendlist limit:
    Why not increase the max number of friends with each added title. Because I own every maniaplanet game except stadium, and still have to buy additional buddyslots.

    100% spot on. Ruined the whole mode, the speed, the fun.

    But Hylis seems to believe in this change, so they probably won't revert it.

    now it's only sad rocks trees.. walls... maps have no charm, some blocks are really useless like Blue path (isn't AquaBoulevard..) woods block ( why so much wood who need so much slide ???!!)
    Castle Blocks with this woods.. some ppl are stuck by this and why you don't remove this wood for an esport game ?
    Fence are really too cheated, why you dont put the metal cover ?
    Where is the custom bumper, another very good blocks removed..

    Nucleus, where is the skill with this "pure weapon" ?

    How do you want sell a game with only tree, rocks, wall ? without Metal blocks ect... without weapon skin without good interface with another front (arial looks so weak.. http://img11.hostingpics.net/pics/996101inte.jpg this is a good front with good interface)

    No personnal statistics like accuracy by each weapons, ratio k/d
    Why you are the only one to use a netcode who nobody use this ? (on elite i killed the lagman with 120 snapshotdelta and after the kill 20 SSD.. great super great !)

    glad you approve the removal of the micro jump Kyb, but maybe you missed this explanation:
    - We should not make too much of basic blocks. It is fast to do, some players would stop to complain in half a day of work, but that's not doing them any good favor. The game should not transform itself to a freeride land of cubes. Hardcore can do with it, but the game suffer more of not being the opposite. In opposition to Canyon or Valley, for example, Storm lacks of a environmental feeling. So, we are working on it a little more atm. If you look at this screenshot You can see what I am talking about. There is a need to incarnate a little more the things. The blue path are somehow a sample. A pure block of steal would not help at the moment. I hope you understand.
