[Mini-Tutorial] Video on title pack

Well, as you can see on Elite title-pack - clouds are moving. How to do that? Easy!
So - that is the video. For do this - you must convert video in .bik (Bink) format. You can get converter here:
http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm.
After place your video in pack folder. Then open ManiaPlanetTitle.xml file.
Find this string:

After replace in tag name your name of video file. Well done.
