P stands for Pillar
U for Underground
R for Replaceable

Could you also please add
L for Light (blocks with lightsource)
S for Skinnable

This would be very helpful to see it directly in the editor.

Additional suggestion: make the letters display optionally, e.g. with a setting "Show Block Helpers".
