What could make this game better:
(1) 1st and foremost => Eliminating the randomness of the entire MP experience.
Loading titles into the main window, zooming in/out, panning, arranging title icons, double clicking titles to activate them, deep going menus (including an entirely seperate menu when clicking the home button in the head line) ... it's all over the place ... time consuming, irritating, annoying.
(2) Noone needs xxx hundred servers when most of them are empty. It makes the game look bad.
Automatically charge a setup fee of 50k and charge 10k per week for everyone who wants to run a server in ladder mode, that will ensure that only seriously set up servers are operated in the network.
(3) Selling valley/stadium at the price of full games ... questionable. But not my business.
what would make this game more popular? Post here.

Well, It would be really nice if 95% of all brodcast of the big events could wearn't only in French. I love watching this game being played competitively, both Combo and Elite, but if the casters isn't speaking English, then I won't watch it.
And I don't see that much promotion for the game outside of France. Let people try it! And talk about it in English so more people understand. And then clunky menus and the broken friend system is soooo offputting to a lot of people.
And some of my friends bought the game, but stop playing for thoose reasons, and because it's so hard to learn the game by yourself.
The 'Elite beginner server' is a nice start, but don't allow experienced players in there. When people start the game for the first time, it should be easy to get into a game, and it should be quick. So much is hidden under the weird menus.
And it would be great if the players knew what was going on with the game. For example, the guys behind Natural Selection 2 (Unknown worlds Ent. also a smaller studio like Nadeo) is posting videos and Facebook updates on what is being worked on and also cast matches between pro-players. And by that, they are getting a lot of good will and the game has a lot of good talk around it. It shows up on steam sales often and the playerbase is allways growing.
This is something i would love to see Nadeo do.
I really love Shootmania and want only the best for Nadeo and the games they are making. But they need to be out there a bit more about whats happening.
