Do you also have issues with the water reflections?
Perhaps change the "car reflections" setting to "high only in replay".

No, I do not have any issues with water reflections, but changing the setting to "high only in replay" has fixed the problem. A sad side effect is that my cars now look very bland.

And I wanted to say that I don't have water reflections issues. I only have the car reflections that is flickering.

This is only when other cars are rendered... Disable the cars and it will stop it at all!
Got it too... Its on every skin, every car, every model and envirioment!
It is a bug because tm canyon and stadium worked pretty well... Since Valley is on my pc, its here and its annyoing!
It hasn't to do something with the waterreflections, im pretty sure!
If you set the reflections to "high in replay" it will flicker in the replay... You have to set it to "low" or disable the cars...

I personly prefer to drive alone with max max max settings! But i hope, that it will be fixed soon!

Seems that the latest round of patching has fixed the flickering skin problem ... well atleast for me. I just ramped my settings back up to uber sexy level, played online and not a flicker to be see.
