It's currently possible on many maps. You can't really call it a "cut" imo ;)

But it could be easily fixed with a custom object. But maybe it was intended by the author to be played this way :)

I didn't check all the maps but Papy actually use this kind of tiny "cut" for some of his author ghosts ^_^

My definition of a cut: "A cut is, if track segments or the whole track, are driven in a way different than the authors intentions."

Therefore I would definitely define the section shown by wiidesire-2 as a cut, as you are leaving the road and not following the build way. If the follow up dirt section would not have been connect to the previously one it would have not been a cut as the author intended you to go that way.

True. I was aware of those for the majority of dirt maps. I decided not to restrict drivers here, because it's kinda fun to hunt these little shortcuts. Only exception was for the U-turn dirt block, where I added a CP before or after the block everytime.

I wasn't allowed to use custom objects for the campaign, anyways.

TBH:
- shootmania = niche vs local quake III
- stadium = niche
- canyon = niche
- valley = niche
- seeing a common theme..

wise up but I have no idea how to make massive. Players make big. TEAM.
