Downloadable mods horns stickers skins HELP

Hi,i had bought some user created content on media planet for trackmania 2 stadium,some track mods,horns aviators and cars but i had a sound issue where i couldn't hear the car engine so after trying a few things i decided to remove the game and reinstall but i not longer have the content i purchased from the media links,when i try to redownload them it tells me i have to buy them again.

I have granted full access to my details yet i would need to pay again ?

please help,this game is a fucking disaster in just about every way

don't blame the game, blame the site from which you've downloaded the stuff
its paying mechanics are pay-for-download and not pay-for-purchase, so you have to pay each time you want to download something..

As far as i have been told,when you buy something with ingame planets,you do not need to pay for the content again,this is the reason why you need to give access to your account details ?

I had bought mr.dvd mods for stadium,all 5 of them so i can make tracks with custom backgrounds,but because the game has a known bug with the sound including incompatibility with modded car engine sounds i removed the game and reinstalled,i did this as i had already tried to remove the mod cars from my mania folder but the sound was still missing.

can someone confirm to me that i need to pay for modded content again if i have already paid for it previously but lost the downloaded game files

there is a difference between skins/mods and other downloadable content like horns
if you pay before downloading the stuff, it's pay-for-download
if you pay on the first time using the stuff, it's the normal pay-for-purchase/use and then you won't have to pay again

the account details have nothing to do with any of those

This still doesn't answer my question and sounds fucked up to be honest,so while i am in the game and i goto one of the medialinks on the front page (mr.dvd) and i choose mods,then i click download,it then asks to pay planets for the mod,i then pay for the mod,i can use it in the ingame editor.

BUT,if i say,format my pc and have to reinstall the game i would have to pay again for the mod content ?

and what you are saying is,if i had went to mania park and downloaded the mod for free then tried to use the mod and it asks me to pay for it,if i had paid at this point i would not need to pay for it again if i had to say format my pc and reinstall the game ?
