[Fixed] Number of rankings returned wrong

there is an issue on:

Rankings::getMultiplayerWorld($title, $offset, $length);

the number of rankings returned is always length-1

for example i give a length of 10 and get only 9 players returned

Because thoses data are cached, it could take some time to be live.
