As far as I know, Nadeo is not organizing tournaments themselves. They only participate and support with installation, temporary keys, goodies etc.

International Qualifying

To participate to the ESWC, each player or team must qualify during one or several preliminary tournaments. These tournaments will take place until October 2013, and will be organized by strategic partners licensed to the ESWC . These tournaments are either national or international, offline or online. If you are a tournament organizer and wish to help your country to be represented, email us at nsp@eswc.com.

They can certainly tell you if there is a organizer in Italy already.

If not, then it is about time you gather interested players and find someone who is willing to start the things.

Whatever licensed means exactly, it is required to ensure unquestionable official results.
There are certainly some rules to respect.
But this only ESWC officials or people which already organized such events can answer.

Hi guys,
we're working on the qualifiers and the next world cup's jointly with Nadeo and the ESWC administrators this year. As you know it takes a bit of knowledge, but also energy, networking and some passion too in order to produce a good set of Esports qualifiers for each country.
Day by day we're reaching new partners and more qualifiers should pop-up as the time is running. But if anyone has a proposal in order to produce their own national qualifiers offline or online, feel free to PM me on this forum.

We will communicate through the ESWC usual channels as soon as a new qualifier is confirmed, but as you may understand we can't answer every specific questions untill our partners had been confirmed too.
