[Fixed] Block 4.9.1 Issue

Hi,

I Found a bug In Valley Enviroment:

Block 4.9.1 is a sign block and has UP,Down,Left, Right, white Left, white Right, and Default choices for signs.

I found that while in editor, the following won't stay applied:

1. Down
2. White left
3. White right

If I save and exit the editor (after applying one of these 3 choices), then reopen the map in the editor, I find that these 3 are no longer applied.
