TextLib::TimeToText(); Reports not made xx:xx:xxx

Hi,
It seemed this is broken since Alpha stage?!

TextLib::TimeToText(25518, True); doesnt show 0:25:518. but only 0:25:51

Tried couple of things but it doesnt seem to work properly.

And btw, shouldn't it be 0:25.518 (it's a decimal fraction of second) ?

just wanted to add that it doesn't work properly for > 60 minutes
TextLib::TimeToText(65*60*1000) will output "5:00"

actually it's fine ingame, just a small mistake by w1lla

"0:00.123"

The scoreboard at tab and end map gives out x:xx.xx so it was basicly two bugs in 1
