Defending in spawns is rediculous!
IDEA#1 : BLOCK AN ATTACKER FROM CAPTURING.
Defenders can block off pole-capping. So , in other words, the attacker can not capture the pole.
How to block?
If a defender is standing on a specific block the attacker is not able to capture the pole.
The player using this block can not shoot ( or maybe has a slower reload or loses his stamina --> w/e is most balanced )
Why?
- The defenders can, maybe, have other tactics and break this current 'campy-defense'
- Defenders, maybe, rotate more ( towards the anti-cap-block ) = more movement by the defenders.
Where to place these anti-cap-blocks
- Somewhere where its not too overpowered to use. Somewhere open when the attacker is at the pole (so he isnt completely chanceless when he is at the pole. )
Visually
The metal bottom of the pole glows red. The attacker cant cap.

IDEA#2: BLOCK OF CERTAIN ATTACK ROUTES
How to?
Create a block and when the defender stands on it, a certain attack-route is blocked-off for the attacker.
The player using this block can not shoot ( or maybe has a slower reload or loses his stamina --> w/e is most balanced )
Why?
- More dynamic defense because in order to block a defender has to reach the block first. = risk
- Succesfully blocking off attack-routes changes the attackers attack-possibilities and defenders need to get in new positions. ( The 3rd defender is still blocking off the attack-route untill he thinks its safe to join play again. )
- More stragety & tactics will surely come of this.
Visually

Imagine this forcefield blocking off the stairs on Paladin2k13

Maybe an attacker can run through it but he loses an armor and a sound is played?

IDEA #3: 3Defenders - 3 Different spawns
How to?
Mappers get the option to place 3spawns somewhere on the map. In each spawn spawns 1 defender.
Why?
This will increase movement of the defenders and will bring more strategy & tactics.
Some spawns can be placed closer to the attacker or far away from the pole forcing the defender to play aggresive or rotate a lot.
Visually?
More spawns will be on the map and I dont think that will look great. So my suggestion is to redesign individual spawns to something smaller or smth. Also defending in the spawns should be forbidden.

OTHER IDEAS:
- Destructable Railpads/Jumppads if u fire enough on it. ( 6rockets - 2lasers )
- 1 special Power-up on the map
examples: Increased stamina, speed x1.5, ...
Instead of camping defenders can defend this powerup because if the attacker can grab it, its going to be reaaaal hard to win the round ( as a defender )
- 2poles where the attacker can cap. ( dont place them too far from eachother )
This is a really good idea I think.
Maybe some ideas are stupid, but ofc im still thinking about it. Just dont leave a comment calling it stupid, but give me some usefull feedback in stead.
