Inside the .zip there should be a *.Title.Pack.Gbx file. Put that one into the correct folder and it should work.

There is a "Rolling Demo" option in settings.
Is there a way to use Rolling Demos? (There was years ago in a previous TM life)

Also I have several questions to delepers:
1) Are you using FBX SDK from Autodesk? (I think on 99.(9)% that you are.)
1.5) If so, what version?
2) Can someone help me with importing FBX to DX (I am creating my own game too, just tests atm

) by PM/Skype or something?.. (I just don't understood FBX SDK - what... where... how... Any time I see it I have one qustiion to Autodesk - WTF?!!)
