Well regarding performance issues: I am able to run TMNF on my Bootcamp Windows at my MacBook 13,3' june2007 version - WHICH HAS ONBOARD GRAPHIC!!
I am even able to play on 50 slot online servers with low quality....
Imagine TM2 being faster than that o.O

I bought my laptop 2 years ago for TMU and other games, but it only runs TMU at PC1 low, and I gave up on playing newer games. FU HP!

Anyways it's great that people who can run TMU will be able to run TM2. As Bramble said, this game motivates me to buy a new PC so I can enjoy the lovely graphics, but it's just not possible... So I'll have to enjoy the physics instead of the graphics, like I've done with TMU ^^

Windows 7 64bit
CPU: Intel i5-3550 @ 3.3GHz | GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 570 | RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
SSD: Cruzer M4 128GB | Display: 22" 1080p native resolution
Re: Enviroments
Same here -_- But ad the physics are awesome, who cares. Even if i have to admit that it's hard to take some corners, if they only upcoming if you are just close to them ^^Zell wrote: So you mean 10fps is playable???

Nah, if you're running TMU on low graphics, try play GRID... You will understand what "seeing corners when you are 1m away from them" really means.tcq wrote:Same here -_- But ad the physics are awesome, who cares. It's great with my steering wheel, but just impossible to drive, or even learn the maps to drive blind like this...
On that note, I wonder if steering wheel will be an advantage in some TM2 environments too?

Re: Enviroments
i was playing the game at 20-25 fps on the lowest setting and i can tell you that it is not really playable. i could play and chat but doing good times was prety much out of the question. onece i got my new pc i was able to play much better and faster as well
. if you people can't buy new pcs try getting an upgrade. a new video card will do the trick

Re: Enviroments
well depenting mammbos. I played in 20-25 and when i got used to it was ok
On the other hand, 35-40+ are way to better!

Re: Enviroments
there is a huge difference in 10 to 30 fps... in 10 is like seing pfotos instead of a video.... 30 and above are the normal numbers. playable is from 30 normally because in 25 there is a small difference but you can still play
Re: Enviroments
I agree, they look like they require a fair amount from the PC.Bramble wrote:This gives me more motivation to upgrade my PC when I get back home to England! Want to be able to play these with the nice looking graphics.
They look amazing
