The invite stuff already changed to 15 matches for free at first, and then a maximum of 3 per day. So, the demo is the same, but you don't require an invite to download and play. And you can play quite a lot with it.

We need to find the best balance to let players in and still get people to acquire the game in order to provide the best lifetime as possible for it, and for us to support it (not sure F2P would be a good thing for Elite ^^) Various next steps are scheduled, also depending on this operation outcome.

I believe we are going toward more and more players, that's only the timing that is unknown.

More will be said in some weeks, before or at the PGW!

And then they can play 3 matches per day maximum

Is it still just matchmaking? Because when my friend starts his super-invite version nothing has changed for him.

Also: 1050 Super VIP thingies to win, but nowhere is explained what it is? Only the value, who can win it & a lot of text.

The VIP access is the Super Guest Access (look at the table in the blog article) and it means that you can play on the Elite matchmaking servers every time, not limited to three matches per day.

But why give it a different name then ( VIP & Super is confusing )? And why not mention the table in the new article?
The table looks awesome & it instantly tells you what u get without reading tooooo much text.

Other remarks:
-Free Users/VIPS can save replays, but they cant watch it... ( cuz they dont have access )
-Free Users/VIPS can join teams, but they cant change name ( and not put a tag ) so what is the incentive to join a team?

Suggestions:
- Remove replay saving
- Add custom horns & names & avatars. It are unimportant gimmics, but are a part of ur identity.
