That's easy, you just have to calculate the Nadeo time.
Nadeo wanted to release one environment every 3 months. For the first one after Canyon, they took 1,5 years. So the factor is 6.
The news should come at 21st, while it was announced at 17th. That's 4 days. 4x6 = 24.
So 17th + 24 days = 16th of November That's the time, when the news will come.

There are a lot of things we can't talk about at the moment since they are in development. However, we should be able to address some of the more broader questions.
