Yes, it does include them. The TrackMania OST includes any music from the TrackMania universe.

You should be able to find them in the game's local files on your computer. Depending on where you downloaded the game from it may be in different locations.

For example, if you downloaded from Steam then the file path would be:
Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > [ManiaPlanet_(gamename)] > Packs > [(Gamename)_music.zip]

sih obviously asks for download link to the old OST of trackmania (original, sunrise, united). you can find all tracks here: http://www.tm-tube.com/music, but I think there's no way to download from there.

Why is TM-Tube not allowed for the video contest?

For the track creation contest, we made a site update at http://tm.mania-exchange.com ..... track groups! If you upload your track entry to [mx] using our Special TM 10th Anniversary Upload Link, then the map will still be listed under your own MX account, but all maps uploaded via that link are attached to the group as well, making your entry easy for everyone else to find...
