I'd like to start by saying that I apologize in advance if this has been mentioned before. I searched it to no prevail.
I just got a new 15" upper model MacBook Pro, and I fired up Windows 7 on BootCamp to try out some TrackMania 2. The game runs great, but when I went to go record a video from a replay, no matter what recording settings I had, it only recorded the first 16 frames and saved it.
...what should I do? Are there outside-the-game settings I should change?
P.S. - It does the same thing with both Canyon and Stadium.

Video recording question, help? [solved]
15" MacBook Pro, Late 2013 - 2.3Ghz Quad Core i7 Haswell - 16gb 1600mhz DDR3 ram - GeForce 750m GT - 512gb PCIe SSD - Retina Display (2880x1800)
Re: Video recording question, help?
Did you touch or check the "motion blur" setting?
Apparently this has to be 0 for video shooting, and should only be set to >0 for standstill screenshot rendering.

Re: Video recording question, help?
Thank you, disabling Motion Blur in the video settings worked.
I find it a little odd, though, seeing as how it used to work for me on older iterations of TrackMania. I suppose it's just the new engine.
Thing is, there's obviously motion blur on the trailers, which I assume were shot directly through the game. It sure would be nice to have it, because the video looks pretty choppy otherwise.

Re: Video recording question, help?
yeah, it is a difference if the motion blur is added by the 3D engine or calculated afterwards for steady shots.
You have to experiment a bit with the settings anyways
