It's a bit strange because ManiaPlanet will only connect if ZoneAlarm isn't running at all.

There's nothing I can see in the logs that ZA is blocking and I have gone through ZoneAlarm and enabled full permissions for all applications from nadao / mania plant / track mania etc. Also if I leave ZoneAlarm running but just temporarily disable it's firewall ManiaPlanet still doesn't connect.

And bizarrely it now works again.
