I've checked the streams and replays :pop: and found nothing suspicious.
On my opinion you just got lucky and some skill for sure.

But noone can actually prove you cheated if there is no server-sided replays.
I've been acused at cheating sometimes because of luck or just skill(I don't have a skill actually).
Some players always says: "Wh,aimbot, no human can do this" and a lot of flaming is said in my direction.

Right now I can understand what you feel (If you haven't really cheated) and anyway...If you are clear then just forget about everyones opinion and play for fun, have fun with your team.
But your ESL account have to be unbanned until they find REAL proof.

Have fun

thank you blackeddy, nice to see that there are a few players who are taking part into this "thing".
The "problem" is that im not a player who plays "just for fun" - i know fun is the most important thing, but im pretty active in esports, specially on the ESL website, so this ban is really hard for me!

really? here is a picture from your esl gallery: http://www.esl.eu/eu/shootmania/elite/3 ... ry/935600/
it's obvious to see that its you, trying to mock people calling you a cheater. please note that this is across many games, not just shootmania. From this alone its clear of your TRUE attitude and not the attitude you display on the forums when you're in hot water. Also if anyone would like to take the time to look at his guestbook: http://www.esl.eu/eu/shootmania/elite/3 ... ok/flamez/ it is riddled with accusations spanning months and games. But everyone is wrong and flamez is just really good! :D

About all this "oh u cant ban someone looking at a livestream" is total crap lol.. To ban someone without a tool is not uncommon, and you will be banned if it is beyond reasonable doubt that you cheat. That is, it is extremely hard to give you the benefit of the doubt considering the amount and type of shot you hit on a regular basis. Your replays were scrutinized by ESL admins and good, experienced players who have been involved in the community for a long time. These players have no reason to want you banned if you don't cheat, and for the majority of them to vote that you are guilty is enough for me and I certainly hope its enough for the admins of CPLAY, LgZ, Zowie and indeed Go4 and other ESL tournaments.

You seem to like repeating "confirmed is, that my Shootmania ID (flamez1328) is clean and in use!"
Your shootmania ID is far from clean, and indeed it is not in use in one of the biggest weekly/monthly tournaments in shootmania. Saying something repeatedly doesn't make it true.

Also going on about how you've showed your replays to some oldschool players is useless aswell.. Your use of "oldschool" is to show they are experienced and know what they are talking about? You can be oldschool and still have no clue about competitive play or illegal tweaks. Also what 'oldschool' players? So far none of them have been willing to come on the forum or your ESL profile and vouch for your innocence. Your arguements to prove you arent guilty are hollow and tbh laughable.

I'd just like to thank the admins of ESL and the players who voted for making this possible as in my eyes and the eyes of many others it was obvious that this guy wasn't clean and without you putting in the time and effort to remove someone like this from the community we would still have to put up with this nonsense. Keep up the good work.
Ty syzygy  . A lot of truth & wisdom in these words.
The guestbook & screenshot is valid proof too. Flamez has been called a cheater for many years now & not just in SM.
The fact that ur acc, syzygy, is from 2013 or 1989 doesnt make this any less true.

Question :
I dont get the point of this topic? ESL <------------> NADEO.
ESL made a decision & thats final. So be it.

Also I spoke with your teammates and they even said you cheated :D ( talk to ziegmund )
Your own teammate. So GG.

Dont try to be some saint here on the forums. You'll only make people disccus & rage.
Imo this topic should be posted on the ESL forums, because here its useless.

PS : The links to the vods in post#1 clearly isnt all proof. Twitch automagically removes vods after an amount of days. A lot of footage ( when CPLAY made the ticket ) got lost. It could very well be that he cheated less ( or not at all ) in the matches after the ESL-ticket was created. So to all people reading this forums, keep in mind that there was a lot of more proof + ESL admins took 3weeks deciding to ban or not ( watching many many matches just to make sure. ) They know what they are doing.

You clearly didnt understand. Im only saying that ESL admins watched more matches than just these and I felt like forum-readers should know this.

And instead of replying to my post by calling me a liar you should explain your ESL guestbook , the screenshot and the fact why your teammates themselves call u a cheater?? No? Or did u forget that part?

Again... Post ur whining on the ESL-forums. Im not a moderator but this topic can be closed. ESL-admins banned you and so be it.
Go cry a river, man up again and go cheat somewhere else. :x

CPLAY is done with this issue.

Sounds pretty harsh from you novationx.

If his teammates said in private to you that flamez cheated - they should do it here and then everything is gonna be clear. Otherwise it is just a bluff without any proof...
At this question I'm taking the side of flamez. We played a lot in matchmaking and I never suspected him cheating.

But novationx is right at the same time. Better make a thread at ESL forum. Nadeo can't unban you from ESL :(

I wont waste my time to write with you.

You sound like nadeo after someone uses bad language in a topic. ignore it because u cant defend yourself against it.

wabbit face ESL reg date november 2012 and he speaks the "truth." You only listen to what you want to hear.

Sorry, but the fact that someone has hackusations in his guestbook or a screenshot with hackusations CAN NEVER be a proof for actual hacking. If someone is good in the game he plays he will sooner or later get those kind of hackusations. Also as far as I can remember the game thos hackusations are out of (FarCry) had a pretty toxic community.

The major problem imo is the argumentation of both sides. I heard so many people say: This cant be true, look how good he is, noone knows him, how can he be good?
The fact that someone is "known" in the community and who was on LANs guarantees that someone is not accused. Who guarantees you that players from aAa, colwn etc are clean all the time, even if they were at LAN and have a big name?

This might sound harsh, but the SM community drowns itself by saying, we need more players but at the same time when these players are better than expected trying to ban them. (assuming he is clean for this statement to be correct)
On the other side there were a few unlucky steps from flameZ too, mainly the unnecessary insults and some unlucky formulations in his posts which make them sometimes seem weird.
The shots he did may sometimes seem weird, but keep in mind that this game has integrated wallhack: with a good headset, you can locate your enemies from more than 30m distance on most maps. And I've seen many people doing shots like these and even more who only do them in important cup rounds. Are they cheaters therefor? NO, this game is mostly so random and based on pure (timeing)luck that without a proper anti-cheat tool, you can never claim, someone cheated.

P.S.: Even if ziiegmund told he is hacking, this does not necessarily mean he is right, ofc he has a deeper insight into it, because he plays more with him and sees more scenes, but he himself is no anti-cheat tool either. he only sees what everyone sees. he doesnt see if the xhair is centered at the middle of the model or just hits an edge(which would proof that there is no aimbot/triggerbot)
