[STADIUM]Map doesn't load complete Mediatracker

but there's one problem, I've uploaded it to my TM2 Server, and I can see all effects that take place in the MediaTracker. But other people (most) don't see the Color FX is effect, just the other unimportant effect. I made a video for you guys, so you can see what I mean, the first part is how it meant to be played, the second one doesnt show the Color FX effect. I cant tell you more, because I dont have this problem, but it's just like that. I didnt use a mod or something, just the MediaTracker. I have it many other maps too, and its everytime the ColorFX effect, who is the problem.

If I'm right color FX only work with settings on nice and above.
since a lot of people tend to play online with settings turned down they wont see the color FX
