I got 1 elite server (90K) linked to 10 elite match servers (configured to be 90K, but I didnt paied the 80 000planets for each one)

I think there is a misunderstanding. The question was about the listing, not about the payment.
The lobby is only a virtual server - it links to the actual game servers.
It would be a cheap trick to only create a lobby server and then have many more ranked servers "for free".

You have to pay for each server independently to promote it to higher rank.
And then you can use them for a lobby.

If you want to run a lobby with 80k. Do you have to add every Matchserver to 80k? Or is just the lobbyserver enough?

Just promote a lobby server to 90K is useless (or to show to the players that this lobby is 90K) And pay for 10 match servers (80 000 * 10 planets) is useless too, others players cant join them without through the lobby server.

As Hylis said, the lobby server will be enough, but there is not an interface to do it at the moment unfortunately. So you have to set up all servers linked to the lobby as ladder servers as well for the moment.
