[FIXED] [TM2] DOESN'T START

I've been having some problems with TMÂ² since I installed Windows 8.1 (with the prevoius version - 8 - it used to work).
When I try to start TM, a message appears in the screen and say that only 101Mb of 128Mb found, and the game doesn't start.
I have a Intel HD Graphics 4000 (up to 1760Mb Dynamic Video Memory) and 4Gb ram.
Could someone please help me with this problem?

Some players fixed their issue by reinstalling their graphic drivers on windows 8.1:

Well, steam + maniaplanet won't really work together on windows 8 (8.1). You have to install the games as nosteam version.

One of the admins helped me to solve the problem. It was about the launcher of Maniaplanet.
