I have an idea for SM gamemode. You guys know LoL, DOTA2, HoN and so on, if you don't, why not??
Basically, MOBA maps are very simple, 3 lanes (routes or such) each lane with 2 towers on each side which you have to destroy. Then, once you do that, you enter enemy base destroy more towers and finally the inhibitor. I'm not going over minons and whole concept of MOBA games here so bear with me.

Imagine a map (a complex one, as in SM map should be) with 3 lanes in shootmania, easy to make, we're all mappers here, then on each side of the map, in each lane there's two poles, you have to stay on enemy pole for 30 seconds to capture it, don't worry, once you stay on 60% it won't go away. So you have to capture ALL 6 poles, 2 on each lane, then enter their base and capture 3 more poles. After that only then you can capture the main point in their base which takes 1 minute to capture.
Where's the fun and advantage you say?
I have a cure for that too! You shouldn't be dying so much! Why? Because each time enemy kills you (sorry, eliminates!) he gains +1 bonus armor in total! so if you feed him enough, he'll have alot of armor and that's no good. But, each time you kill an enemy you gain armor as well! If you capture a pole you get two armors!
What else?!
I'll tell you what else, only weapon is rocket launcher, it has 4 rockets but they reload slowly! Oh no! That's lame and boring! Have no fear young ones! Each time your TEAM destroys a tower you get extra rocket! NEAT!

+You can go into your base to recharge your armor but it's risky, cause your lane may stay empty and enemy will capture a pole!
+In between lanes there's so called a jungle in MOBA games, in there, in shootmania would be alot of hiding places to gank other lanes and some small armor recharges sometimes!
+there's a laserpad in base!
