I still see XAseco dominating (assuming Xymph returns to it), ManiaLive is good, but it's not the simplest thing. Problem with ManiaLive is that it's PHP 5.3 and majority of hosting companies (excluding those who have (un)managed dedicated servers) haven't/won't update(d) their servers to support 5.3.
