Scrolling in Editor slow with mouse[fixed]

When I scroll in the editor by moving the mouse to the edge of the screen, it is very slow, but when I use the arrow keys it is fast.

Before my computer crashed, scrolling with the mouse was equally fast.

Any suggestions?

You might try getting use to using CTRL+Left Mouse to move around (maybe it's ALT+Left Mouse). It took me a bit to get use to doing it that way but it is much quicker and gives you way more control.

it's ALT. left mouse moves, right mouse rotates.
