yes tmf with sgssaa looks still a lot better than tm2 with fxaa, so it would be really awesome to get a working anti alaising in tm2

+1. Without having this feature the new gfx engine is just a fact but not a real feature. And we cannot say TMUF gfx were bad...not at all. I have been waiting for a fix since 2,5 years... as well as many other basic things.

First of all, nice to see you, mate! :D
Yes, I'm very much for better AA options in TM² in general.

I use the "Fast" shader setting in advanced options via the launcher. This allows for x8 AA setting to be used. You miss out on some nicer effects, but the tradeoff is worth it considering it mostly nullifies the entirety of the jaggies. IIRC it may be possible to force AA within NVidia drivers, although I'm currently using an ATI card so can't say first hand.

Thanks for the tip , it is much better now with x8 AA settings
I tried forcing it through NVIDIA control panel , but that didn't help .. though I managed to get a slightly better graphical quality but somehow the anti-aliasing option didn't work there.

If you have a really powerful graphics card, you can get better AA on the highest graphical settings by downsampling
