wow I had no idea there was another Launch trailer but I just watched it and --> :shock:

Sorry for thread necro-ing but since the question came up a bunch again lately, here's the answer...
The track is called "Hidden Chicken" and was made by MrBob at that time. Never got released as it only was made for the trailer.
