demo account problem [solved]

Hello all.

i am driver for the Danish team UNC. Some of the good old guys there told me to try the luck here...

i have a small issue. i want to start playing TM2. i boughed all the games, and made a log in, but when i was loggin in to the game, Steam (yes, i`m playing it through steam) popped up with a message "your steam account are all ready bounded to this game" or something simular. i did found out, that i did make a demo log in, when the demo was coming out, and this is bounded to steam somehow. the problem is that when i log into that demo account, i can`t push that "buy game" or "enter activation code" buttons.

so, if anybody now how to solve this problem, or need more info - please let me know.

Normally game keys are activated automatically with Steam.
If you look in your library, are the (CD-)keys assigned there as well?

i do have the key, but when i do log into my "demo" user, i can`t find an place to put the key, to activate the "no demo" version.

Normaly in the Steam game library there should be a propertie "CD-Key".

Try to launch the ManiaPlanet Player Page and look at Accounts, and try to enter the key there.
But I fear this won't work because of the special handling with Steam.
